CanDo Inflatable Balance & Vestibular Disc – Sensory Seating & Core Trainer

The CanDo Inflatable Balance Disc (also called a Vestibular Disc) is a versatile tool used to mimic the movement of an exercise ball when sitting on a chair or standing on the floor. It is highly effective for core stability and active sitting.

For balance training, proprioception and strengthening of the core muscles.

Use on floor as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception and strengthening of the core muscles.

When in a seated position, inflatable balance disc mimics the movement and shape of an inflatable ball.

• Dual-Surface Design: One side is smooth, while the other is "nubby" for tactile stimulation and better grip.
• Adjustable Difficulty: You can vary the air level with a standard pump to change the stability—less air makes it more challenging.
• Active Sitting: Used on office chairs to engage core muscles and improve posture, making it popular for "fidgety" children or desk workers.
